Resources for Growing Families- A Blog Post Series

Becoming a parent is hard. It can often feel isolating and confusing not knowing where to turn for support and answers. This is especially true if you’re the first of your friend group to become a parent or if you are looking for alternative ways to care for yourself or family. My journey into motherhood included a lot of documentaries and books that I devoured in the years preconception until now raising my children. In the beginning a lot of my learning was done alone and at times it became exhausting and overwhelming. Through research and mostly social media, I have since made some really amazing connections within Monmouth and Ocean County NJ. I am excited to now share with you the many professionals and resources I have encountered these past few years that have helped shape who I am as a parent and how I care for myself and my family. I am hoping to be a one stop shop for some really great information for you to find the support you need in your journey through parenthood from preconception and beyond. In a series of blog posts I will be sharing with you professionals from different fields including doulas, chiropractors, lactation consultants, physical therapists, wellness coaches and more. They will touch on topics such as fertility, prenatal health, natural birth, breastfeeding, postpartum support, and so much more. They will share their stories and how they can help you! In conjunction with these blog posts, I will be planning out events in my photography studio in Oceanport to bring in professionals to educate on their specialties and give you the tools you need to support yourself and your family.

Below are just some of the exciting upcoming events that are planned and in the works!
