This post is mainly about little miss Madison and let's be honest, her hair is really the star of the show ;P but I really want to talk a little about her amazing mama. Danielle is strong and brave. With her first baby, she developed pre-eclampsia and delivered her sweet little boy via c-section at 27 weeks and 2 days. He spent the first 3 months of his life in the NICU. His mama was incredibly dedicated and pumped to provide him with the best medicine possible. Along with the help of some of the best nurses and doctors, she helped her boy grow strong and healthy. At our session he was running around the house with his daddy and you would never know he was born 3 months early! I had the pleasure of meeting her nearly two years ago when she started working on the same unit as me. She was one of the first people to know I was pregnant and just a few weeks later, she announced she was pregnant! We were 9 weeks apart and both celebrated our weekly milestones on Wednesdays. Of course she had to be monitored closely this pregnancy so every week was a celebration. At 37 weeks, she was induced and endured 30+ hours of labor which resulted in a VBAC and a beautiful, healthy baby girl. Is she amazing or what?! I am so happy for you Danielle and Arthur; you have a beautiful little family. Your babies are lucky to have you.
Enjoy these sweet pictures of this sweet family.
